Serious Health Issues
Having
problems sleeping once in awhile is not a serious issue. But
if you have a sleep disorder (like insomnia, sleep apnea, restless
leg syndrome or narcolepsy)--you are placing yourself at risk.
Sleep
disorders have been associated with major health issues like heart
attacks strokes, congestive heart failure, high blood pressure and
gastrointestinal reflux. In addition, it is extremely
dangerous to drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Accident do
